Tropical Group
Employee engagement in a company is closely related to employee performance and even the performance of the company itself. Successful employee engagement will create loyal employees who are voluntarily attached to the company. Employee loyalty is directly proportional to performance, and employee performance is directly proportional to the company’s progress.
Holding Tropical Group regularly holds activities that touch on Employee Engagement, including joint community service and General Meetings on Saturday mornings. The aim is to train employees to care about the workplace area so that it is always clean and tidy. In this activity we also hold employee birthday celebrations which fall in that month.
At the end of the General Meeting, management gave a presentation with the theme Work Motivation for employees. By holding regular events like the ones above, employees are more enthusiastic about working and achieving.
